Replace missing teeth with Swiss implants – with traceable materials, transparent processes and

an individually chosen treatment method.

Your teeth back

without compromising on quality and safety.

A dental implant should not only work today, but also remain reliable in the long term. It must integrate harmoniously into your existing dentition and provide a safe solution over many years.
That is why implantology at Speerdent does not begin with the procedure and does not end with the placement of the implant. Every treatment starts with a careful examination and a personal consultation. Together we discuss the options and choose the solution that best suits your situation.
Even after the treatment, we remain your point of contact. Thanks to continuous care and the direct relationship with your dentist, we accompany you over the long term – from the first examination to the regular check-ups.

You are missing one or more teeth

and you are looking for a clear solution.

The loss of a tooth can have various consequences – for function, aesthetics and personal well-being.
Many patients report:
In addition, there is often uncertainty about whether one’s own situation can still be treated at all. Especially in more complex cases, those affected do not always receive clear answers.
At Speerdent, we take the time for a careful examination and an individual assessment. Every patient is considered personally – with the aim of clearly showing the options and finding the right solution together
Do you have a situation for which you have not yet found a satisfactory solution?

Dental implants

a proven solution for replacing missing teeth.

A dental implant is an artificial tooth root made of titanium that is anchored in the jawbone. Depending on the situation, a crown, a bridge or dental prosthetics can be attached to it.
After healing, the implant takes over the function of a natural tooth root. It enables safe chewing, a natural smile and normal oral hygiene in everyday life.
At Speerdent, every implant treatment is based on a careful examination and an individual assessment. There are no standard solutions: we analyse your situation on the basis of the clinical examination and the X-rays, discuss the options with you and openly explain which treatment makes sense and where the limits lie.
Our goal is to find, together with you, the solution that suits your health, your needs and your expectations in the long term.

What sets

us apart

Everything under one roof
At Speerdent, the dental practice, dental technology and implant manufacturer work closely together. The practice, the dental laboratory and Ihde Dental – the Swiss manufacturer of the implants we use – are located in the same building. This allows short distances, direct communication and consistent quality control.
Listening comes at the beginning of every treatment
The first examination is not only for diagnostics. Above all, it is an opportunity to get to know your situation, your previous experiences and your expectations. Only afterwards do we discuss the possible treatment paths together.
Individual assessment instead of standard solutions
Smokers, people with diabetes, patients with limited bone availability or a complex medical history are assessed individually at our practice. We do not make blanket decisions, but examine every situation carefully and personally.
Patients who take bisphosphonates or have taken them within the last twelve months require special attention. In such cases, additional investigations and close coordination with the treating specialists are necessary before deciding on an implant treatment.

The right technique

for every starting situation

The choice of technique

is always individual.

Which treatment is suitable for you can only be reliably assessed after a clinical examination, an intraoral scan and current X-rays.

Corticobasal implantology

a proven solution even for complex situations.

Many implant treatments require sufficient bone availability. If the jawbone has receded significantly due to periodontitis, long-term tooth loss or other causes, a bone graft is often recommended before implants can be placed.
Corticobasal implantology takes a different approach. The implants are placed in particularly stable cortical bone areas, which often remain intact even in cases of advanced bone loss.

Why

Speerdent

Corticobasal implantology requires special surgical experience and a sound knowledge of facial and jaw anatomy.
Dr. Marco Gatti was trained directly by Prof. Stefan Ihde, an internationally recognised expert and co-developer of modern corticobasal implantology. This treatment concept is one of the special focuses of Speerdent.
Especially patients who have already been told that an implant treatment is difficult or only possible with extensive bone grafting often benefit from an individual second assessment.

Scroll and discover the steps

01
Initial examination and personal consultation
We take the time to get to know your situation. Together we discuss your medical history, your previous experiences and your expectations. We then assess whether an implant treatment is suitable for you and which options exist.
02
Digital diagnostics
The examination includes an intraoral scan and modern digital X-rays. Conventional impressions are no longer necessary in most cases. Planning is carried out digitally and with high precision.
03
Individual treatment plan
You receive a written treatment plan with the planned treatment steps, the timeline, the materials used and transparent costs. This way, you know from the outset what to expect.
04
The procedure
The procedure is carried out in our practice in Gommiswald – usually under local anaesthesia. Modern methods enable a safe and as comfortable as possible treatment.
05
Provisional and definitive restoration
Depending on the starting situation and the chosen technique, a fixed restoration can be provided after a short time. Thanks to digital planning and the close cooperation between dentist and dental technology, even complex work can be carried out efficiently. Every treatment is planned individually. The exact treatment duration depends on your personal situation.
06
Check-ups and aftercare
Regular check-up appointments are an important part of a successful implant treatment. Dr. Gatti personally accompanies you even after the procedure and remains available to you as a point of contact in the long term.
